Joining TIIR after designing their platform gave me a deeper perspective on how design drives business impact.
Shaping Design into Business Impact
Gained deeper insights into how design decisions directly impact business objectives and user engagement. The requirement of the design is not to reach everybody but the specific users only.
Problem Solving That Impacts Users
Experienced the shift from a designer’s perspective to a problem-solver within the company, identifying areas for continuous website improvement. Additionally, started working on the phase 2 of the website.
